Charles Gounod Marche Solennelle de Procession has been arranged for 7-part Trombone Ensemble by Randall Malmstrom. This magnificent work of 6-minutes in length originally for organ, is grand, serious and joyous at the same time and carries on in the tradition of the great French organ works that can lift the roof off of the cathedral!

Instrumentation is for 1 alto trombone (optional), 5 tenor trombones, 1 bass trombone and 1 contrabass trombone (optional) and is appropriate for advanced performers. It may also be performed by 5 tenors and 2 bass trombones.
