The Andantino from Franz Joseph Haydn's String Quartet, Op. 74, No. 1 composed in 1793 has been beautifully arranged for Trombone Quartet by Declan Wilcox.

The Andantino is the second part of the four-movement work and is beautiful, intimate, lyrical and graceful sounding. Suitable for advanced performers and about 5 minutes in length.

A bit of music history....the opus 71 and 74 quartets are remembered as the first chamber music works written for public performance and NOT for aristocrats!
