Romance for Trombone and Piano is a most lovely work of about 4.5 minutes in length. It just shines all the way through and is a perfect work to perform on a recital. It is appropriate for moderately advanced performers (all in bass clef) with its range going up to a high B-flat and down to a low E-flat with the valve (optional).

Bravo to Professor Johansen for bringing this gorgeous work back into the repertoire with his edition.
