Herbert L. Clarke was one of America's most well-known artists during the late 19th and early 20th Century. He performed around the world as a soloist, conductor and composer. He led his own band for many years after serving with the famous Sousa Band. His audience-thrilling compositions for solo Cornet are still performed by brass musicians around the world.
