He is a leading professional Trombonist in North America, having performed as Principal Trombonist of the Vancouver Symphony, and the CBC Radio Orchestra. Rhythm Review - A Workbook by Dr. William Stanley is a collection of rhythmic studies based on the concepts of Daniel Kazez. This excellent book takes the younger student of music through all the basic music rhythms and gives the student a deeper understanding of how various rhythms relate to each other. More mature students will find easy access to understand and work with particularly problematic rhythmic patterns.

Dr. Stanley assumes that the student already has a basic understanding of rhythms - some of the examples will be review and others will be newly learned.

This book is a must in the classroom and private studio.
