Chesnokov

Pavel Chesnokov (Tchesnokov/Tchesnokoff) was a Russian composer. His main output was over five hundred choral works. Unfortunately for him, the Russian Revolution put his composing pretty much to an end, as the new government prohibited any form of sacred art.
