He is a leading professional Trombonist in North America, having performed as Principal Trombonist of the Vancouver Symphony, and the CBC Radio Orchestra. This collection was mostly intended for the young brass musician who wants to develop their musical skills, and to share their emotions on a brass instrument. I also hope that more advanced players find interesting value in these études.

Trumpets and horns are among the greatest “singing” instruments ever invented. Working on every étude, a student should strive for beauty of the sound and making the horn “sing”.
